These paddle shifters are compatable with Deep Dish steering wheels and are  adjustable to fit 320 350mm Aftermarket wheels. 
Wheel adaptors make the original shifters difficult to reach with these paddle shift extenders you will be able to use the original paddles.
 
These adaptor paddles are 3d printed and just clip on to the original paddles no dismantling needed, they extend out each side and upwards towards the wheel
by 58mm.
 
With these Paddles you will be able to use your aftermarket steering wheel as with the original shifters.
